Session Vouchers

Session Vouchers are valid for 3 months from date of purchase.

During promotion periods the voucher may be valid for shorter periods – this will be clearly stated during the promotion.

Register with us to receive email updates and information on promotions.

Vouchers are not valid for previous session images.

Payment of session is required at time of booking

Cancellation or changing of appointment must be notified before 3 days of your session or fee will become non-refundable.

How to buy a voucher

You can buy online now. We use a SSL encrypted secured server to collect payment details on-line, the industry standard for collecting information securely.

You may call us and give payment over the phone using switch/debit/credit card

You may send us a cheque.

A full receipt with an info pack giving details of the session will be posted after payment is received.

Gift Vouchers

You can buy a session voucher for yourself or to give a as a gift. We can send gifts out with a dedication from you. Click here to buy on-line now.

Your recipient will receive the voucher with an info pack – all they'll have to do is contact us to arrange a suitable session time.

We also offer gift vouchers to the values of £100, £200 and £500 – ideal as a wedding gift or any other occasion. Please call us to arrange over the phone. Contact Us

Preview Session

This is when we invite you back to see your images in our preview suite and when we can discuss framing and print options . We will arrange this after your session to suit your diary. Please allow us at least 4 days to create and personalise your session.

Normally your selected finished framed and mounted portraits will be ready within 4 weeks. Although at very busy times this may vary slightly.

Our Promise

If you're not entirely happy with your images – we will refund your session fee in full.

Framing and Prints Costs

As a guide our wide range of print and framing options start at £85 for our desk gift frame to upwards of £1500 for some of our more special options.

We can help you to select what will suit your home and budget and we accept all major credit/debit cards

Payment will normally be expected at time of order.

Portraits are hand printed on Fuji Crystal paper for archival quality.

Frames are hand finished to strict quality control and supplied with mounting templates where appropriate.

Copyright

Picture This will own copyright on all images taken during your session. Please contact us for any additional copies.

Privacy

Protecting your privacy is important to us. We hope the following statement will help you understand how we collect, use and safeguars the personal information you provide to us on our site.

When you register on our mailing list or fill in a contact form you are asked to provide email and name information as a minimum. You may also optionally provide address and personal/company details. Information collected in this way will be used to contact you with your requested information or periodic marketing and/or technical information regarding product and service news from us. We will always make best efforts to send you information that is relevant to you, and without being over-frequent. If you wish to unsubscribe at any time, you may do so via the mailing list form or by using the contact form.

Your personal information will be held only by us and will not be disclosed to any third party for marketing purposes.

Storage

From initial contact and brief we will take care of you and your images. Picture This will store /archive your images for 2 years and you may order any further prints during this time – after this all images will be deleted, although we will contact you first to inform you.

Permissions and usage

Picture This reserve the right to use any session images for our own advertising purposes.
